C.A.F.I.C.S was created by Paul Mansi who is a qualified social worker with practice experience in both Australia and the UK.

Above Average Social Work Services evolved from the original company due to so many social workers contacting C.A.F.I.C.S. for help e.g., due to problems with their current agency, help with understanding social work practice in the UK, and outside of work problems, such as accommodation, opening a bank account, how to access medical treatment and most importantly am I being paid the correct rates, and how do I maximise my earnings etc.
