I just want to say that I am very fortunate to be working for AASWS

Above Average Social Work Services is not just a name but a true measure of the quality support provided by this agency in comparison to several others that I know. You do get a personal service and from discussions with colleagues from other social workers about their agencies, many realise they are being short changed!

It is hard to find another agency that's not primarily concerned about how much money you are making them, but are genuinely concerned about your welfare and professional development.

A question that I have asked other agencies that have approached me is "Have any of your consultants worked as a qualified social worker and have at lease 3 years of experience? the common response is "no, but I have qualification in business or drama". Will you be able to provide support relating to my practice?" no we only find you the work

I believe that if you are joining an agency they should be able to support you in your practice - AASWS come through every time.
